These SMS / Messaging Terms (the “Messaging Terms”) govern the opt-in text messaging program operated by Accomplice, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as AccompliceRE (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive messages, you agree to these Messaging Terms. These Messaging Terms supplement, and are incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Accomplice, LLC d/b/a AccompliceRE may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Accomplice, LLC d/b/a AccompliceRE to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you are authorized to opt in to receive messages at that number.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 737-361-2649. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Our services are not intended for children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your use of the messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and your SMS consent and opt-in data are never sold. You can view our Privacy Policy for full details, including Section 1.10 (SMS and Text Messaging Information).
