We built AccompliceRE to change that.

AccompliceRE was created by Tenant Rep brokers who got tired of the gap between the quality of the advisory and the quality of the output. Not a startup looking for a market. Not a technology team guessing at broker workflows. People who have been in the room when a CFO opens an analysis and needs it to hold up.

The result is a platform that thinks the way brokers think: upload a proposal, get instant AI extraction of every term, build a financial model that recalculates in real time, and produce client-ready output that reflects the sophistication of the advice behind it.

Security is not a feature. It's the foundation.

The documents flowing through AccompliceRE represent some of the most sensitive moments in a company's lifecycle — active lease negotiations, unreleased financial terms, strategic real estate decisions their competitors would pay to know. We treat them accordingly.

Every uploaded document is permanently deleted from our systems immediately after AI extraction completes. No copies. No retention. Extracted data is encrypted at the application layer using AES-256-GCM with per-user AWS KMS keys — and independently encrypted again at the infrastructure layer by Supabase. Two separate encryption keys. Two separate parties. Neither can act alone.

We do not train AI models on your data. We do not review your documents. Ever.
