Cookie Policy

Effective April 23, 2026 · Version 1.0 · Governing Law: State of Texas

This Cookie Policy explains how Accomplice Real Estate, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as AccompliceRE (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on its public marketing website at www.accomplicere.com (the “Site”). This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes more broadly how we process personal data. Our authenticated application at analytics.accomplicere.com uses a separate, narrower set of cookies for authentication and session management only; those cookies are described in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy and are not addressed in detail here.

1. What Cookies Are

A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your device by a website you visit. Cookies are widely used to make websites work or work more efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the website operator. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are called “first-party” cookies; cookies set by a domain other than the one you are visiting are called “third-party” cookies. This Cookie Policy also covers similar technologies, including pixels, tags, local storage, and session storage, which we refer to collectively as “cookies.”

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

We classify cookies into three categories: strictly necessary, analytics, and marketing. Only strictly necessary cookies are set by default. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you affirmatively opt in via our cookie consent banner and are immediately deleted if you later withdraw consent.

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Site to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take that constitute a request for services, such as recording your consent preference or attributing a referral. They do not track you across third-party websites and are not used for advertising.

NameProviderPurposeDuration

2.2 Analytics Cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site by collecting and reporting information in aggregate. We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), provided by Google LLC and, where applicable, Google Ireland Limited (collectively, “Google”). GA4 is loaded only after you click “Accept” on our cookie consent banner. We have configured GA4 with IP-anonymization, Google Signals disabled, and a 2-month data retention window — the shortest GA4 offers. We do not use Vercel Analytics cookies because Vercel Analytics is a cookieless, first-party service; it therefore does not appear in this table.

_ga_76TVYN3ES1Google (first-party on accomplicere.com)GA4 property-specific cookie that persists session state (engagement time, session count) for our measurement ID G-76TVYN3ES1. The suffix mirrors the property's data stream identifier.2 years

2.3 Marketing Cookies

Marketing cookies are used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to understand which LinkedIn campaigns drive visitors to our Site. We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company and LinkedIn Corporation (collectively, “LinkedIn”). The LinkedIn Insight Tag is loaded only after you click “Accept” on our cookie consent banner. We do not use these cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising and we do not sell or share personal information collected through them.

NameProviderPurposeDuration
li_sugrLinkedIn (.linkedin.com)Browser ID used by LinkedIn for aggregate audience measurement.90 days
bcookieLinkedIn (.linkedin.com)LinkedIn browser identifier used for platform functionality and analytics.1 year

3. How to Give, Refuse, and Withdraw Consent

On your first visit to the Site, we present a cookie consent banner with two equally prominent options: “Accept” and “Reject.” No analytics or marketing cookies are set unless and until you click “Accept.” Closing the banner without making a selection is treated the same as rejection. Your choice is recorded in the first-party “cookie_consent” cookie described above.

You may withdraw consent at any time by:

  • Clicking the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of every page on the Site and selecting “Reject.” Doing so will immediately delete any analytics and marketing cookies previously set by this Site on your browser.
  • Clearing cookies for www.accomplicere.com through your browser's cookie management controls (“Help” or “Privacy” settings in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and similar browsers).
  • Installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, which disables GA4 across all websites.
  • Opting out of LinkedIn advertising tracking at linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out.
  • Enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. We honor GPC as an automatic universal opt-out and will not load analytics or marketing cookies when a GPC signal is detected, in accordance with California Code of Regulations title 11, section 7025; 4 CCR 904-3, Rule 5.07 (Colorado); the Connecticut Data Privacy Act; and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. We also honor legacy Do Not Track (DNT) headers in the same manner.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

4. Cookies and Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding the personal data processed via cookies, including the right to access, delete, correct, restrict, or object to processing. Those rights and how to exercise them are described in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy. To exercise any such right, email legal@accomplicere.com.

5. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, in applicable law, or in operational practice. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page and, where required, request fresh consent via the cookie banner.
