Data isolation is enforced at the database layer via Row Level Security — not application logic. Every query is hard-filtered to the requesting user's ID. No user on AccompliceRE can access another user's analyses, proposals, or documents under any circumstance.

Your document is deleted from AccompliceRE's servers the moment extraction completes — not batched, not archived, not backed up. No copy of the original document exists anywhere in our infrastructure immediately after extraction.

Document processing is fully automated — no AccompliceRE employee ever reads your documents. Even with direct database access, our team sees only encrypted ciphertext. There is no mechanism to retrieve your documents in readable form.

Every user receives a dedicated AWS KMS encryption key that belongs exclusively to them. Your extracted data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM — making cross-user decryption a mathematical impossibility, not just a policy.

Your documents are deleted before the AI's data retention window closes. Our AI partner's API terms also explicitly prohibit using API content for model training by default — two independent guarantees, neither dependent on the other.
